Training Without a Trainer?

During this presentation Reinier Kreutzkamp demonstrates a training tool that teaches psychology students to deal with situations as they may actually arise. As a result, the students learn communication skills without it costing many 'teacher hours' and without compromising on quality. All that students need is their phone.
