Wage Transparency in Companies

How much information about the wage structure should a company provide to employees? During this lecture, Peter Werner will show – from the perspective of behavioural economics – how transparency affects wage negotiations and work performance. He will also indicate the implications for company practice and for policy measures against wage discrimination.
